Licensing Act 2003: Full Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Saint Marylebone Ltd has applied to the City of Westminster on 14 November 2024 to vary the premises licence for The J Marylebone Hotel, 233-237 Old Marylebone Road, London NW1 5QT. The proposed variation is to correct the non-standard hours for the sale of alcohol for Hotel residents and their bona fide guests to allow sales to these persons without restriction as to times (no change to other conditions applying or to general permitted hours). Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 12 December 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
