NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Urban Pubs & Bars Ltd has applied to London Borough of Camden on 05 November 2024 for the grant of a (shadow) premises licence to use the premises at Monarchy, 40- 42 Chalk Farm Road, London, NW1 8BG for the provision of regulated entertainment (Films, Indoor Sporting events, Live & Recorded Music, Dance & Anything similar), the provision of late night refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol, to maximum hours of Monday to Thursday 10:00-00:30, Friday & Saturday 10:00-01:00 and Sunday 12:00-00:30, on the same terms as the existing licence and as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Camden Licensing Authority, 5 Pancras Square, C/o Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE or by email to: licensing@camden.gov.uk to be received by no later than 03 December 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.camden.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
