An application for a Variation of an Existing Premises Licence has been made by KOA WIGAN LTD for the premises known as Pepe’s Piri Piri Wigan, 781-783 Ormskirk Road, Wigan
The application seeks to: Provision of Recorded Music (Indoors and Outdoors) Monday - Friday 23:00 - 02:00
Provision of Late-Night Refreshment (Indoors and Outdoors): Monday - Friday 23:00 - 02:00
Hours of Opening: Monday - Friday 23:00 - 02:00
The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m.
and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council's website www.wigan.gov.uk
Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 9th December 2024. All representations must be made in writing by the above date.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
