Notice is hereby given that I, Robert William David Karl Chestnutt of 8 Westlake, Derry, BT47 6WD has today applied to the Derry City and Strabane District Council for the renewal of the Entertainments Licence in respect of The Happy Landing, 4 Main Street, Eglinton, Derry, BT47 3PQ. Entertainment is to be provided on the following days and between the following hours: 7 days a week mainly Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 9pm to close. The nature of the entertainment to be provided is as follows: Live bands & DJ. Any person wishing to make representation in relation to the application shall give notice to the Council, addressed to Licensing & SAG, Derry City and Strabane District Council, 98 Strand Road, Derry, BT48 7NN or email licencing@derrystrabane.com, stating in general terms, the nature of the representation, not later than 28 days after the date of application.
