We Boojum GB Trading Limited is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence at Birmingham City Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at Ground Floor And Basement, 64 New Street, Birmingham, B2 4DU.
If Granted the application will allow:
Supply Of Alcohol Consecutively From Monday To Sunday From 11.30 To 22:00.

Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or alternatively by post to General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ
Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on 16 December 2024
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
