Notice of application for a renewal of a sex establishment licence pursuant to Schedule 3 Local Government Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1982.

TAKE NOTICE that on 15th November 2024 Admiral Bars (Herts) Limited applied to Chelmsford City Council for the renewal of a sex establishment licence for: Club Tantalize, 20 Barrack Square, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 0UU.

Days and hours of operation: Sunday to Saturday 21:00 to 05:00 the day following. Activity: table dance, pole dance, lap dance, striptease and entertainment of a like kind.

The application may be inspected (By appointment only) at the Council Offices at Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE.

Any person wishing to make objections on the application shall do so in writing at the Council Offices at Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE or by email licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk.

The grounds of the objection must be stated in general terms. The objection must be received by the Council no later than 12th December 2024.
