NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that I KATHRYN TAYLOR have applied to Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as ROUNDHILL INN, 75 CLOUGH LANE, RASTRICK, BRIGHOUSE, HD6 3QL
Have applied for the following activities and times as stated below:
FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOL ON AND OFF THE PREMISES TO BE EXTENDED TO
MONDAY TO THURSDAY 10AM TO 11.40PM, FRIDAY 10AM TO SATURDAY 01.40AM, SUNDAY 10AM TO 11.40PM TO ALLOW CHILDREN UNDER 14 SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT INTO THE BAR.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.
Applications may be viewed on our Public Register, at www.calderdale.gov.uk
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Registration and Licensing Manager, Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council, Town Hall, Crossley Street, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by WEDNESDAY 12 TH DECEMBER 2024
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so by appointment at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an
application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
