NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LICENCE
We G & A Fast Food Of 377 Dunstable Road Luton LU4 8BY Are applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence.
If granted, the licence will enable the following to take place: Late Night Refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and 01:00 (the following day) on and off the premises.
Persons wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Service, Luton Borough Council, Town Hall, Luton, Beds, LU1 2BQ, within 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the Application is also kept at the above address and may be viewed during normal office hours or you can view our online register http://www2.luton.gov.uk/eLR/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is a level 5 fine on standard scale.
