Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence
We, BDS Catering Ltd hereby give notice that an
application was made to Luton Borough Council on
the 08th November 2024 for a new Premises
Licence to operate a premises at: Punjab Pizza O
More, 10 Dunstable Place Luton, LU1 2QT from
which the following licensable activities are
proposed. Retail of Alcohol for consumption on the
premises Monday to Thursday 13:00 to 00:00, and
Friday to Sunday 12:00 to 00:00. Late Night
Refreshment, (on and off sale), 23:00 to 00:00
Monday to Sunday.
The full application may be inspected, free of
charge, at the offices of the council at Luton
Borough Council, Town Hall Luton, LU1 2BQ or
online at www.luton.gov.uk. Any interested party or
Responsible Authority may make representations to
the Licensing Section in writing within 28
Consecutive Days of the day of application was
made as detailed above. The last day for
representations being the 06/12/2024.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application
and a person may be liable on summary conviction
of an unlimited fine.
