What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs & Bars Limited has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Donkey 203 Welford Road Leicester LE2 6BH. The variation proposed is as follows: - To extend the hours for sale of alcohol, live music and recorded music on Monday and Tuesday until 02:00am, on Wednesdays and Thursdays until 04:00am and on Friday and Saturdays until 05:00am. - To extend the opening hours on Monday and Tuesday until 02:30am, on Wednesdays and Thursdays until 04:30am and on Friday and Saturdays until 05:30am. - To remove the existing non-standard timings and replace with new nonstandard timings for Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and Bank Holiday Sundays. - To add additional conditions to the premises licence under Annex 2. 

A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Leicester City Council Licensing Authority, Leicester City Council City House, 115 Charles Street Leicester LE1 1FZ www.leicester.gov.uk during normal office hours. This application was lodged with Leicester City Council Licensing Authority on 11/11/2024 and any representations must be made in writing to Leicester City Council Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 09/12/2024. 

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount. Dated 11/11/2024.
