Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has applied to Durham County Council in respect of premises to be known as Heron Foods, 10-14 Beveridge Way, Newton Aycliffe, DL5 4DP for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities: - Sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 21:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 20:00. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 21:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 20:00. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment only, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.
