On Thursday 14th November 2024, We TPC BAR (2024) LIMITED applied for the Grant of a New Premises Licence for: THE PRIVATE CLUB. 30a Wainwright St, Aston, Birmingham, B6 5TG. If granted the application will allow the following:

SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL ON/OFF THE PREMISES
Sunday to Saturday from 09:00hrs to 04.00hrs

REGULATED ACTIVITIES (Live & Recorded Music/Films)
Sunday to Saturday from 09:00hrs to 04.00hrs

Email: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk. Public Register at: Birmingham.gov.uk/licensing. Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e., by midnight on Thursday 12th December 2024. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in connection with this application.

Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
