FY5 2HU. The application is to: Sell alcohol by retail
Mon-Sun from 09.00hrs- 21.00hrs.
Any person wishing to make representations in

no later than the 9th December 2024 to

Centre,Breck Road, Poulton le Fylde FY6 7PU
or Email licensing@wyre.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application, a
person doing so may be liable to a fine on conviction
of up to £5,000.
