APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

I, Monika Lis, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an
application for a Premises Licence has been
submitted to Preston City Council in relation to
premises to be known as Nectar + and situate at
143 New Hall Lane, Preston, PR1 5PB, a brief
description of the activities being sought by the
application being as follows: the sale of alcohol
from 7:00 to 23:00 from Monday till Sunday.
Any interested party or responsible authority may
make representations in connection with the
application. Any such representations must be
made in writing and be made no later than 3rd
December 2024 to the relevant Licensing Authority,
the postal address and, where appropriate, the
world wide web address (where the register of the
authority is kept and where the record of the
application may be inspected) being as follows:
Preston City Council Licensing Unit, Town
Hall,Lancaster Rd, Preston PR1 2RL (https://www.
preston.gov.uk/).
Note: it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with an
application. A person guilty of such an offence is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction.
