What is proposed?

Section 17 Licensing Act 2003 Application for a new Premises Licence

I/WE: Rilen Ltd have applied to: East Devon District Council for a New Premises Licence for: Esquires Cranbrook, Unit 3/4, 126 Tillhouse Road, Exeter EX5 7LB. Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for On-Premises and Off-Premises Consumption: Mon- Sun (10:00-22:00).

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 11th December 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation to: East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ or email licensing@eastdevon.gov.uk The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on http://www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
