This is a Public Notice in respect of an application for a: GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Stoke-on-Trent City Council by: JAMES WHITMORE for: THE BLUEBIRD 48, KINGSWAY, STOKE-ON-TRENT, ST4 1JH.

Brief description of proposed licensable activities: COFFEE SHOP ALCOHOL LICENCE AND OFF SALES.
