We BlueStar Life hereby give notice that we have applied for a new premises licence in respect of 162-163 Fore Street, Exeter, EX4 3AT.
The licence is for the following licensable activities: The Sale of Alcohol for consumption on the premises from 09.00 until 02.30hrs, recorded music until 02.30hrs, films from 09.00 until 00.00hrs, Late Night Refreshment until 03.00hrs and opening hours from 09.00 until 03.00hrs daily, all as per the application.
Further information can be viewed on the application at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Exeter City Council, The Civic Centre, Paris Street, Exeter EX1 1JN during normal office hours or at Applications in progress - Exeter City Council Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the Council about the application. Such representations must be in writing and must be made no later than 9th December 2024.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to unlimited fine.
