Other persons or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority, House, 255-259 High Road, liford Essex IG1 1NY. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine liable on conviction for this offence is unlimited.
