Application For Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that on 06/11/2024 an application was made to Eastbourne Borough Council by DESTINATION FOODS LIMITED, 73-75, WHITLEY STREET, READING RG2 0EG for the grant of a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as VEL SOUTH INDIAN KITCHEN AND BAR, 74, SEASIDE ROAD, EASTBOURNE BN21 3PE for the following licensable activities: SALE OF ALCOHOL – 09:00 TO 24:00 – 7 DAYS A WEEK.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection to licensing@lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk or Licensing Team Eastbourne Town Hall Grove Road,Eastbourne BN21 4UG no later than midnight on 04/12/2024. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a
person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
