APPLICATION TO GRANT/VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

An application for a Variation to a Premises Licence has been made by

which are situated at 8 Constantine Way Wolverhampton West Midlands WV14 8GX

The application is as follows:

To extend the sale/supply of alcohol off the premises to:
Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 23:00 hours
To remove Non-Standards Hours
The above application for a Premises Licence may be inspected via a
prearranged appointment. To arrange this, email Licensing@wolverhampton.gov.uk.
Any representations regarding the application must be made in writing to:
Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton,
WV1 1SH or electronically to licensing@wolverhampton.gov.uk by 4th
December 2024

connection with an application, and the maximum penalty to which a
person is liable on summary conviction for such an offence is an
unlimited fine.
