NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Grind & Co Ltd. has applied to Manchester City Council for a premises licence for GRIND, Unit 2, No. 1 St Michael’s, 36 Jacksons Row M2 5WD as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol and the provision of live and recorded music between the hours of 10:00 and 00:00 on Sunday to Wednesday and 10:00 and 01:00 on Thursday to Saturday.

To permit the provision of late-night refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and 00:00 on Sunday to Wednesday and 23:00 and 01:00 on Thursday to Saturday. Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or premises. licensing@manchester.gov.uk Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 4 December 2024.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
