FULL VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Cyrous Houshyari Darian has applied to the City of Westminster on 1st October 2024 to vary the premises licence for Bon Appetit, 73 Castellain Road, Maida Vale, W9 1EU. The proposed variation is to remove condition 23 which requires the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises to only be supplied with, and ancillary to a take-away meal.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing his/her representation by 26th November 2024, 28 days after the application is received by the licensing department stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representation by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 to the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence in £5000.
