What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is given that Mr Shah Bagzad has applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Daily Essentials, 110-112 Broom Valley Road, Rotherham S60 2QY.
The application seeks consent to allow the Sale of alcohol, for consumption off the premises, on every day of the week between 07:00 hours (7am) and 00:00 hours (12 midnight).
It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to licensing@rotherham.gov.uk
The last date for the receipt of representations is 3rd December 2024

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
