What is proposed?

Notice of Application for a Premises License Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that The Old Mill applied to Cotswold District Council to use the premises at The Old Mill, Mill Lane, Lower Slaughter, GL54 2HX with the proposal to licence these premises for the sale of alcoholic beverages such as beers and mulled wine for onsite consumption and by retail Wednesday - Sundays 12:00 - 16:00. The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Authority.

A summary of the application can be viewed on www.cotswold.gov.uk/. Representations must be made in writing by 2/12/2024 to Business Support - Licensing, Environmental & Regulatory Services, Cotswold District Council, Trinity Road, Cirencester, GL7 1PX or ers@cotswold.gov.uk.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with an application. Those who do so may be liable on summary of conviction to a fine of any amount.
