Public Notice Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made by Seven Christmas Markets Ltd, to North Northamptonshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for: The Bar, The Promenade, Rushden Lakes Shopping Centre, Rushden NN10 6FH to allow the following licensable activities to take place: Sale of alcohol – ON the Premises only Monday – Sunday: 10:00 – 22:00hrs For the duration of the School Summer Holiday and from the third week of November to the second week of January the following year (inclusive) annually.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
