NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT ONE2STOPSHOP LTD trading at: Northgate Fresh Market, 52-54 Northgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 1SQ has applied to Gloucester City Council for a new premises licence for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Thursday from 08:00 hours to 23:00 hours, Friday and Saturday from 08:00 hours to 00:00 hours and Sunday from 10:00 hours to 18:00 hours, full details of which can be inspected in the application.
Anyone wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing toe the Licensing Authority, Gloucester City Council, PO Box 2017, Pershore, WR10 9BJ or by email to licensing@gloucester.gov.uk by 3rd December 2024 specifying the grounds for their representations. The application can also be viewed at the above address during office hours by appointment. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
Persons making representations on the grant of the licence must be prepared to attend in person at a meeting before the Licensing Committee. NOTE: Your representation will form part of the committee report and will be forwarded to the applicant. Please let us know if you have a valid reason for your personal details to be removed.
