APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Lavarajan Sangarapillai is applying for a Premises Licence at SLR Convenience, 201 Burbury Street, Lozells, Birmingham B19 1TL

If GRANTED the application will allow:
Sales of Alcohol OFF the Premises 
Monday – Sunday 07:00 – 23:00

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice by midnight on 6th December 2024.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
