NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO GRANT A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Frad Group Ltd have applied for a grant of new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of Fazzs Indian Kitchen and Bar of 43/44 Bondgate, Darlington, DL3 7JJ to allow for the Sale of Alcohol on or of premises Monday to Sunday 12.00pm - 11.00pm.
Representations to this application must be made in writing by 3 December 2024 to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town hall, Darlington DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
