NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
An application for a Premises Licence has been made by

to City of Wolverhampton Council in respect of premises known
As Surchi Market which are situated at 61 Norfolk Road, Wolverhampton, WV3 0HZ

The application is as follows:
Supply of Alcohol Off the Premises
Monday to Sunday
08:00 to 23:00hrs
The application for a Premises Licence for the above may be inspected via a prearranged appointment. To arrange this, email us at Licensing@wolverhampton.gov.uk or write to
Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1DA to whom any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the
review must be made in writing by no later than
5th December 2024

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
