Nisa Convenience Store, Lenton Boulevard Service Station, 199 - 203 Lenton Boulevard, Nottingham NG7 2BY
We Bushbury Limited have applied to Nottingham City Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the above premises. The application proposes the following changes to the current Premises Licence Conditions -
Amend the following conditions -
Condition No. 9, to - No beer, lager or cider products with an ABV of over 6.5% are to be available at the premises.
Condition No. 10 to - Alcohol will not be served to anyone identified as a problem person.
Remove the following condition - Condition No. 11 & 14
The Licensing Register, and full details of this application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Communities, Licensing, Humber Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, Ng2 3AH between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment.
Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 02/12/2024.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
