We, Tesco Stores Limited Do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at Address of Premises: Former Elm Ridge Garden Centre, Coniscliffe Road, Darlington, DL3 8DH. Premise Name: Tesco Express. The application is for: The provision of late-night refreshment (indoors) on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 23:00-00:00.

The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 06:00-00:00. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Manager, Town Hall, Dadington. DL1 5QT by 25/11/2024. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www. dariington.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum penally for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
