Licensing Act 2003 - Application for a Premises Licence
An application has been made by Vanquish Properties (UK) Limited Partnership for a new premises licence for 11th floor 40 Leadenhall Street London EC3. The application provides for the supply of alcohol from 10.00 to 00.00 every day for persons working in the building and their bonafide guests.
Representations may be made by interested parties and Responsible Authorities to the licensing authority at Licensing Service, PO Box 270, Guildhall, EC2P 2EJ. Any representations relating to the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, or at licensing@cityoflondon.gov.uk by no later than the 29th November 2024.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is unlimited.
