Section 17 Licensing Act 2003 Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Shah Emran Hussain has applied to London Borough of Waltham Forest for the grant of a Premises Licence at Dawn to Dusk, 79 Station Road, Chingford, E4 7BU. The nature of the application is as follows: The sale of alcohol (on sales only) Sunday-Saturday 12.00-01.00. Recorded music Sunday-Saturday 23.00-01.00. Late night refreshments Sunday to Saturday 23.00 to 01.00.

The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by the Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London EI7 4JF. The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm (except Bank Holidays). Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to the Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London E17 4JF or email: Licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 27 November 2024.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
