We: HOTEL CHOCOLAT RETAIL LIMITED
Do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Spelthorne Borough Council for a Premises Licence at: Unit T5 Two Rivers Retail Park, Mustard Mill Road, Staines Upon Thames TW18 4BL and known as Hotel Chocolat. The application is to: - Apply for the sale of alcohol both ON and OFF the Premises Monday to Sunday 0 7.30am hour to 21.00pm hour.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Spelthorne Borough Council, Licensing Section, Knowle Green, Staines TW18 1XB or by email to licensing@spelthorne.gov.uk not later than 3rd December 2024. Representations received after this date will not be considered.
A copy of the application can be viewed at Spelthorne Borough Council, Licensing Section, Knowle Green, Staines, during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
