Notice of application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Red Rooster Events Ltd have applied for the grant
of a Premises Licence at 71 High Street Newport Shropshire TF10 7AU
to permit the sale of alcohol on the premises,
Monday to Thursday from 12pm to 10:30pm and Friday to Sunday 12pm to 11:30pm, New Year’s Eve until 1am.
The provision of Live Music from Friday to Sunday from 1pm to 10pm, New
Year’s Eve until 12:30am and recorded music from Sunday to Thursday from
12pm to 10pm and Friday to Saturday from 12pm to 11pm, New Year’s Eve
until 12:30am as stated in the application.
The application may be inspected by prior appointment at the Licensing
Service, Telford & Wrekin Council, Granville House, St Georges Road,
Donnington Wood, TF2 7RA.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may
do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, clearly stating the grounds for the
representation no later than 4th December 2024.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by a
maximum fine of £5,000.
