Notice of application for a Variation to a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that We LD4 TRADING LTD have applied to Westmorland & Furness Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as, Domino's Pizza,11 New Rd, Kendal LA9 4AY.

The proposed licensable activities are: Provision of late night refreshments between the hours of 23:00 until 03:00 on Monday to Sunday.

Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team Westmorland & Furness Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4DQ or e-mail licensing@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk no later than 27th November 2024 stating the grounds for the representation. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Westmorland & Furness Council office at the address given above between 10:00 - 16:00.
