What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

M C D Manchester Limited has applied to Manchester City Council for a variation for McDonalds, 11-13 Piccadilly, Manchester M1 1LY as follows: To permit late night refreshment between the hours of 11pm and 5am daily. To allow the premises to open 24/7. To remove those conditions in Annex 2 and 3 and replace them with a new Operating Schedule.

Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 26 November 2024. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
