What is proposed?

THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) (Northern Ireland) ORDER 1985 Article 3 and Schedule 1

Notice is hereby given that we Derry Theatre Trust of 3 Newmarket Street, Derry, BT48 6EB have today applied to the Derry City and Strabane District Council for the renewal of an Entertainments Licence in respect of Millennium Forum, 3 Newmarket Street, Derry, BT48 6EB. Entertainment is to be provided on the following days and between the following house: Monday – Sunday 8 a.m. To 2 a.m. The nature of the entertainments to be provided is as follows: A theatrical performance, dancing, singing, music or any other entertainment of a like kind. A circus. Any entertainment which consists of any public contest, match, exhibition or display (a) boxing, wrestling, judo, karate, or any similar sport (b) billiards, pool, snooker, or any similar game (c) darts.
Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this Application shall give notice to the Council, stating in general terms the nature of the representation, not later than 28 days after the date of the application.
