Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
I Gavin Cox c/o 96 Trent Boulevard, Nottingham, NG2 5BL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been made to Rushcliffe Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for premises known as The Good Weigh, 96 Trent Boulevard, Nottingham, NG2 5BL The Application for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to include the provision of sale of alcohol.
Monday, Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday from 0900hrs to 1700hrs.
The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Service at the Rushcliffe Customer Services Centre, West Bridgford Library, Bridgford Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 6AT, at the aforesaid on weekdays between 0900 and 1600, except Bank Holidays. Any representations by a Responsible Authority or interested party must be made in writing by 27th November 2024 to the Licensing Service Rushcliffe Borough Council, Rushcliffe Arena, Rugby Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 7YG or by email to licensing@rushcliffe.gov.uk
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
