An application has been made for a Variation of the premises licence at the above premises. The proposed variations are:

• The supply of alcohol Thursday - Saturday 1100-0130 and on Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, and any Sunday immediately before a Bank Holiday Monday

• The playing of live music Thursday-Saturday 1100-0130 and on Christinas Eve, New Years Eve, and any Sunday immediately before a Bank Holiday Monday

• The playing of recorded music Thursday -Saturday 1100-0200 and on Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, and any Sunday immediately before a Bank Holiday Monday

• The provision of late night refreshments Thursday -Saturday 2300-0200 and on Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, and any Sunday immediately before a Bank Holiday Monday The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Section, The Vale of Glamorgan Council, Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry CF63 4RU between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

  Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk by 26 November 2024.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
