LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Thiramini GURUMOOTHY gives notice that an application was made to Herefordshire Council on 31 October 2024 for the variation of a Premises Licence relating to: South Street Stores, 3 Fryers Garage, South Street, LEOMINSTER, HR6 8JH, in which the following changes to the premises licence are proposed:

• extend the licensed area to include the adjoining premises
• extend Alcohol Sales to Monday – Sunday: 00:00 – 23:59 hrs
• add Late Night Refreshment Monday - Sunday 23:00 – 05:00hrs
• update the Premises Licence conditions in Annex 3.

The full application, giving details about the proposed licensable activities, has been sent to the Licensing Section, Herefordshire Council and may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at: Herefordshire Council, Plough Lane, HR4 0LE between the hours of 09:30 – 12:30 (or by prior appointment) Monday to Friday or https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/info/200145/business/58/current_licensing_applications.

An interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day the application was made as detailed above: 28 November 2024.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
