NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is given that The Corn Law Limited has applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of The Corn Law, 37 High Street, Rotherham S60 1PT. The application seeks consent to allow the:
Sale of alcohol and recorded music (inside) on:
Sunday to Thursday between 09:00 hours and 23:30 hours and on Friday & Saturday between 09:00 hours and 03:30 hours on the following day.
Live music (inside) on:
Sunday to Thursday between 15:00 hours and 23:30 hours and on Friday & Saturday between 15:00 hours and 24:00 hours (midnight).
Late Night refreshment (inside) on:
Sunday to Thursday between 23:00 hours and 23:30 hours and on Friday & Saturday between 23:00 hours and 03:30 hours on the following day.
It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to licensing@rotherham.gov.uk
The last date for the receipt of representations is 25th November 2024.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
