Limited has applied in respect of the WH Smith (located in
the concourse foyer of Milton Keynes Train Station)
302 Elder Gate, Milton Keynes, MK9 1LA for the grant of
a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to
permit the following: Opening Hours Mon – Sun 06:00 –
20:00. Sale of Alcohol (off sales only) Mon – Sun 06:00 –

Licensing Register at Civic. This is accessible Mondays to
Thursday between the hours of 9am to 5pm, and Fridays
9am to 4pm (excluding bank holidays) or online at
www.milton-keynes.gov.uk/licensing. Any person or
responsible authority may make representations either
against or in support of the application in writing. The
