What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Gourmet Burger Kitchen (UK) Limited has applied to London Borough of Haringey for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Slim Chickens, 133 High Road, Wood Green, London, N22 6BB. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. Sale of alcohol (on and off) and recorded music (indoors) 09:00 - 23:00 Monday to Sunday. 2. Late night refreshment (indoors) 23:00 - 23:30 Monday to

Sunday. 3. Opening hours 09:00 -23:30 Monday to Sunday. 4. New Year's Eve - from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day for all licensable activities and opening.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Authority, Haringey Council, 4th Floor, 10 Station Road, London, N22 7TR or by e-mail licensing@haringey.gov.uk no later than 26th November 2024 stating the grounds for representation. The register of London Borough of Haringey and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.haringey.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
