The licensing act 2003 (PREMISES LICENCES AND CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATES) REGULATIONS 2005 Regulation 25 Advertisement

To: Whom it may concern I Jeffrey Sanders do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the variation of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as Daltons, Lower Promonade, Madeira Drive, Brighton for the following licensable activities/ proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises: Late night supply of alcohol and performance of DJ's Sunday - Thursday 09:00-00:30 and Friday - Saturday 09:00-03:00. Minor variation of the layout of the premises.

Any person who desires to make a representation to the variation, should send to EH Licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 UP no later than 20/11/2024 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
