S.34 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises Tesco Extra, Chesterfield Road South,
Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG19 7TS
Notice is hereby given that: We, Tesco Stores
Limited Have applied to the Licensing Authority at
Mansfield District Council for the variation of a
Premises Licence for the above premises under
Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed
variations to the licensable activities are:
• Vary the hours authorised by the licence of the
licensable activity: sale by retail of alcohol for
consumption off the premises to 00:00-23:59 (24
hours) on Sunday.
• Vary the approved internal layout of the premises
as per the latest drawing deposited with the
Licensing Authority (enclosed with the application).
Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must give notice in writing
to: The Licensing Team Leader, Mansfield District
Council, Civic Centre, Chesterfield Road South,
Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG19 7BH or via email
to EnvironmentalLicensing@mansfield.gov.uk. Any
interested party or responsible authority may make
representations to the licensing authority no later
than: 21/11/2024. The Application Record and
Public Register may be viewed during normal office
hours at the above address. It is an offence, under
Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly
or recklessly make a false statement in or in
connection with this application. Those who make a
false statement may be liable on summary
conviction to a fine of any amount.
