What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group Ltd has applied to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King, Oldbury Green Retail Park, Oldbury, B69 3DD.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
The provision of Late-Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays.
The opening hours of the premises will be 24 hours Mondays to Sundays.

The register of Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.sandwell.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
