What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 – Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Julie Malpas to East Lindsey District Council in respect of premises known as Darcy's Coffee House which are situated at 61 High Street, Skegness, PE25 3NX. The licensable activity, which it is proposed to carry on at the premises, is as follows: Licence to supply and sell alcohol, Monday – Sunday from 9.00am – 20.00pm.
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council, Tedder Hall, Manby Park, Louth, LN11 8UP, during normal office hours.
Ant representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the above address by 19th November 2024.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
