Hanson33 Limited - Town Street - Change to Premises Licence
What is proposed?
Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that we, Hanson33 Limited have
made an application under section 34 of the Licensing Act
2003 for the variation of a premises licence for the premises
known as: Number Thirty Three, Town Street, Farsley,
Pudsey, Leeds, LS28 5EN. The variation proposed is as
follows: 1. Extend the terminal hour for live music and the
sale of alcohol on Friday & Saturday to 01:30 the following
day. 2. Extend the opening hours to allow the premises to
close on Friday & Saturday at 02:00 the following day,
and on Sunday at 23:30. 3. Add a non-standard timing
for live music, sale of alcohol and opening hours as
detailed within the variation. 4. Remove certain existing
Annex 2 conditions as detailed within the variation.
Responsible authorities or any other person may make
written representations to Leeds City Council about this
application until 28/11/2024 which should be sent to
entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk or Civic Hall, Leeds,

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application and the maxi-
mum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this
