What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group Ltd has applied to Stratford-On-Avon for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King, Maybird Shopping Park, Stratford-Upon- Avon, CV37 0HZ.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
The provision of Late-Night Refreshment (for consumption on and off the premises) from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays;
The opening hours of the premises will be 24 hours Mondays to Sundays. Please see the application for full details. Any representations regarding the application mentioned above must be received in writing by Stratford on Avon DC, Elizabeth House, Church St, Stratford on Avon, CV367 6HX or via email Licensing@Stratford-dc.gov.uk no later than 26th November 2024 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Stratford-On-Avon and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.stratford.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
